This website, Clermont Power Washing, is operated by Golden Lawn Care, a lawn and exterior services company based in Eustis, Florida ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and by phone, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you ask for a quote through the form, we receive the name, phone number, email address (if you give one), street address and service you enter, along with the page you sent it from. We use it to measure the property, prepare a price, contact you about your request and schedule and invoice the work you approve.
Your request goes to Golden Lawn Care and is stored in the customer records system we use to manage quotes and jobs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, hosting, phone and record-keeping tools), and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
Property information
To price your property we look up public records, such as Lake County parcel data, and current aerial imagery of the address you give us.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site may be answered by an automated assistant and are recorded; you will hear that at the start of the call. Recordings and call notes are used to make sure we have your details right and to follow up on your request.
Text messages
This site does not sign you up for any text message program, and the form does not ask for consent to marketing texts.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how a visitor arrived and what kind of device was used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service, keep business and tax records and resolve any questions about work we did.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling the phone number shown on this site. We will honor the request unless we must keep a record by law.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging exterior cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
